Naolys, a French company specializing in plant cell culture, recently rolled out new active plant cells with a balancing and repairing activity for hair from the Lilac (syringa vulgaris). Healthy Shine Lilac are whole plant cells that impart a repairing and shining effect to hair proven by a clinical study after 28 days of treatment, according to the company. They also bring a large activity to restore a general balance at the level of the hair bulb, as in vitro test results show an increase of energetic metabolism combined with a decrease in the release of inflammation mediators and in the creation of free radicals.

Healthy Shine Lilac is not allergenic, preservative free and can be used in any formulation from skin care to makeup applications.
